Excellent coffee

Our favourite beans! The acid profile is lower in this roasting method and our stomachs really appreciate that.

We grind these for French press (oir main method), or aeropress and at times, drip machine.

The secret is finding the right grind setting to adjust the strength of flavour you prefer.

Great Coffee

I love this Meta coffee. It’s so unlikely to upset my stomach like so many. Salt Spring Decaf is great too. It’s not decaffeinated with chemicals.

Arrived fresh but way too mild.

Coffee cane fresh which is a major factor but the espresso is very mild. If you like your coffee to taste like coffee, this isn't for you.
