Brighter Days - A Donation
Update: Thank you for contributing to our #SSCBrighterDays donation! Because of you we have added another 500lbs of coffee to our donation, bringing the total to 1,500lbs of coffee!
Salt Spring Coffee is donating 1,000 pounds of coffee to hospitals and healthcare facilities in British Columbia.
During this difficult time, we want to express gratitude to our frontline healthcare workers. We applaud their tireless dedication to keeping us healthy and safe. Thank you!
As a B Corp company, it is more important now than ever that we use our business as a force for good.
Heartened by the kindness shown by individuals and other companies that are driven by social purpose, we want to contribute and make someone's day just a little bit brighter.
Salt Spring Coffee is a small, independent business, and we are not unaffected by the current challenges. We've had to make swift pivots to keep our staff safe, our business afloat, and our customers' coffee shelves stocked.
The support of our customers makes what we do possible. Salt Spring Coffee was born out of a belief that good coffee should also be good for the environment and the farmers that grow it. Thank you for sharing in our belief.
We would love if you would also share in our effort to support this donation initiative.
For every bag of 5lb coffee sold, we are donating an additional pound of coffee. Our donation has concluded and because of customers like you, we have added another 500lbs of coffee to our donation.
Hopefully we can make your day at home, in your backyard, or on your patio just a little bit brighter as well.
