Meet Byron's Organic Coffee Liqueur
Exploring creative new ways to experience coffee at the peak of it’s powers is our passion at Salt Spring Coffee. We are pleased as punch to share news of our latest collaboration with the folks at Pemberton Distillery. The family owned and operated organic distillery added a little magic to our fair to farmer cold brew to create Byron’s Organic Coffee Liqueur.
This tasty spirit is certified organic and hand crafted in British Columbia, starting with our single origin coffee beans from Byron Corrales. The freshly ground beans are slowly cold brewed for maximum flavour then artfully infused with artisan distilled organic spirit and a blend of BC wildflower honey and select spices. Served on it’s own, or in a special cocktail like the Dark Moon, we promise it’ll stir your soul and make your heart happy.
And we’re not the only ones wide eyed about this spirit. Byron’s Organic Coffee Liqueur received the Taste BC Bronze Medal weeks after its release.
