It’s seems like just yesterday that we kicked off our 20th anniversary celebrations with a big birthday giveaway. But since then, we’ve…
- Teamed up with grocery and food-service partners to give away more than 180 Baratza Encore grinders across British Columbia and Alberta.
- Partnered with Miss 604 and Good Life Vancouver to give away two 20th anniversary prize packs, each featuring a Baratza Encore grinder, our classic Sumatra beans and a Truly West Coast mug.
- Ran three online contests—a classic raffle on our website, a newsletter sign-up contest on Facebook and #showusyourbeans on Instagram. Congratulations to our winners Tamara, Julieann and Sasha!
- Shared free samples of our cold brew at Be Fresh Café & Market and Craft Beer Market. Missed it? Fear not—Salt Spring Coffee Cold Brew will be available on tap at both locations all summer long!
- Hosted a community BBQ at our Ganges café and a sweet birthday surprise at our Tsawwassen location.
- Rooted around in the archives and posted a few of our favourite “blasts from the pasts” on Instagram at #oldschoolssc.
- Reflected on how far we’ve come and where we’re headed next in our 20 Years of Salt Spring Coffee video.
