Salt Spring Coffee co-founder Mickey McLeod joined BDC on their podcast and shared his journey and passion for coffee, and why he decided to join the B Corp movement.

Fair Trade and Organic was a certification for products, but there wasn't a lot of accountability for how people conduct their business. When he learned of B Corp and its certification for companies that wanted to balance profit, people and planet, he knew this was a movement he wanted to be a part of.
